School Choir and Band Performances in the Mall

All Townsville School choirs and bands are invited to participate in a musical event that is being organised in the Townsville City Mall during the week leading up to the events (Monday 8 August to Sunday 14 August).

The concept is to give school choirs and bands the opportunity to get in the swing of the 1940’s era, and show appreciation towards this music.

School choirs and bands are being invited to sing/play music of the 1940’s and WWII on the centre stage for approximately half an hour between 11am and 1pm. We are currently organising a host to sing in between each of the schools sets.

Bus transfers will be provided to schools on timeliness of response.

To register your school please download the registration form and fax back to the VP60 Office so that a day and time can be secured.
